Deathmatch

Gangster Nation Guide

Deathmatch is a special event which happens during the final week of each game round. It's a fast paced event where the aim is to survive and earn as many kill points as possible. Each day of Deathmatch is numbered 1 to 7, changing at midnight just like normal round days. At the end of Deathmatch, the game goes offline for about a day before the next round begins.

Rankings

On the "Rounds" tab of the "Game Stats" screen, you'll find the top killers for each Deathmath. Any kills made or XP earned during Deathmatch does not count towards the rankings of the main round.

Protection

When Deathmatch begins, anybody with over 24 hours protection has their protection reduced to 24 hours, even if in hideout.

During Deathmatch, the available protection period options are:

1 Hour, 2 Hours, 4 Hours, 6 Hours, 12 Hours, 1 Day

Additional options become available later in Deathmatch:

Any protection period longer than half of the remaining Deathmatch duration is removed. During the final 30 minutes, when all other options are unavailable, a 1 Minute protection option is added.
