Heists: Chances have been increased by 5 percentage points.
RPS: Tax on money wagers reduced from 20% to 10%.
Tax on bullet transactions (Trade Center, Auction House, RPS) has been abolished, limited trade means this control is no longer necessary.
Trade Limits: The bullet send limit has been reduced from 80,000 post-tax to 50,000.
Heists: Bank Robbery and Delivery Heist are now combined into a single screen "Heists" in the crime screen. The goal here is to create a single heists platform which allows us to expand heists with new types in future. If you have a more recently registered account, you may have already had this update previously.
Life Insurance: The 60% policy has been removed and the interface refreshed.
Life Insurance: Small Crimes chances are now insured at 50% when you're a Certified Gangster and have a paid policy.
Accolades: The "Bank Job" accolade now requires a total haul of $25mil, $100mil and $400mil (previously required a successful attempt, $7.5mil single haul and $15mil single haul).
Accolades: The "Bomb Defuser" accolade now requires 2, 15 and 50 defusals (previously 1, 10 and 50).

Accolades: The "Weekly Contest" accolade now requires you to rank top 10, top 3 and 1st in the Weekly Contest (previously 3rd, 2nd and 1st).
Accolades: You now receive "Hustle Coins" each time you earn an accolade. Hustle Coins are non-transferable and can be spent in the Black Market.
Garage: Fixed issue where the 10th attempted vehicle tune would progress the "Mechanic" accolade even when the tuning failed.
Vehicle Theft: Fixed issue with vehicle value not taking into account perks for the progression of the "Flash Wheels" accolade.
Black Market: Your current balance now shows when making purchases.
Armed Robbery: Added "Weapons expenditure" to the Statistics tab.
Inventory: Insuring an item now makes it non-returnable. This closes a loophole where people would buy random items using Hustle Coins, insure them, rebirth and return the items for Hustle Coins which effectively means their Hustle Coins were insured. This of course goes against the spirit of returning items, which is designed to be a self-service feature to reverse mistakes, and against the spirit of Hustle Coins which are intentionally uninsurable because each rebirth comes with a clean slate of accolades. We can't knock the "hustle" though, clever thinking 😉
Insurance: RPS bullet balances are now insured as RPS balances, rather than the insured RPS balance being regained as part of your main bullet balance.
Respect: The Statistics tab now shows when respect sent is anonymous in the History area.
Chat: The chat icon in the bottom navigation (mobile only) now shows a mention counter in red while chat is closed.
Auction House: Auctions which contribute towards one of your Trade Limits now have a red bid button.
Trade Center: When gifting someone with the "Restrict gifts to friends or family" setting enabled, the recipient must accept (or reject) the gift rather than an error being shown.
Settings: The "Restrict gifts to friends and family" setting has been replaced with "Automatically accept gifts" which gives greater control.
Trade Limits: A "receive" limit has been added to bullets. The starting limit is 200,000 per 24 hours, which is designed to help reduce extreme RWT (Real World Trading). From a Trade Center point of view (both gifts and two-way trades), the current limit would have impacted 17 people this round, based on per-day transactions until now. Of those 17 people, most (but not all) have either been proven to be involved in Real World Trading (and are now banned) or are likely to be involved in RWT (but there's insufficient evidence). From an Auction House point of view, the current limit would not have impacted anyone this round. The Auction House bullet supply now mostly comes from the game (stock previously bought from players via the Black Market) and therefore most auctions won't consume your Trade Limit (only those with a red bid button). No players have bought more than 200,000 bullets from player-created auctions in one day this round. From an RPS point of view, the change would have impacted 22 players this round. We have tried our best to minimise the impact on RPS (i.e. creating a separate balance and removing tax so your gameplay lasts longer), however some impact was inevitable and we'll come up with new (RWT safe) opportunities to gamble a few bullets in future.
Trade Center: Fixed a bug preventing money gifts from being automatically accepted.
Mentoring: Fixed issue where menu timer would not update once mentoring session has been accepted by the recipient.
Auction House: You can now search an amount of bullets using the filter function, e.g. enter "100" or "1,000".
Overview: Your family name can now be tapped to open your family profile.
Auction House: When hitting an interaction block, the username of the person who created the auction no longer shows in the error message.

Heists: Fixed order of heists in History section of Statistics tab.
Airport: A warning is now shown when you're in a heist in your current city.
Property: The second of a property's security contract ending is now always random. Previously, a contract held by Butchie would end the same second it began.
Contests: You will no longer receive an invite alert for the Weekly Contest but a reminder alert still goes out on the morning of the contest starting if you've not already joined. The double alert is no longer necessary since it's possible to join a contest after it's started nowadays.
Contests: Posts are made to the Activity Feed when a contest is scheduled, starts or ends.
Contests: The Double XP contest prizes have changed from 30, 20, 10, 10, 10, 4, 4, 4, 4 and 4 credits to 50, 40, 30, 20, 10, 5, 5, 5, 5 and 5 credits. The Weekly Contest prizes have changed from $3,000,000, $2,000,000, $1,000,000, $750,000, $750,000, $500,000, $500,000, $500,000, $500,000 and $500,000 to 50, 40, 30, 20, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10 and 10 Hustle Coins (beginning from the next Weekly Contest).
Contests: The option to create your own contest has been removed.
Accolades: The "Weekly Contest" accolade has been renamed to "Contest Winner" and is now awarded for any contest win.

Contests: Added setting to automatically join contests when scheduled.
Life Insurance: The free policy coverage no longer decreases with inactivity; this is no longer necessary since money has no longer been covered on the free policy since the beginning of Round 34.
Slot Machine: Added total bet to the Statistics tab.
