Bullet Store: When you have the Bulk Bullets perk, the default purchase amount will only be above 100 if the full 300 bullets can be purchased. This change helps prevent Bulk Bullets wasteage which frustrates many players. If you want to purchase an amount between the two limits such as 200 bullets, say if you don't have much money or the stock is low, you now have to enter this amount manually.
