All of our products are delivered digitally through our website. Assuming that your order passes all fraud checks and payment completes successfully, you will usually receive your product immediately.
In some cases there may be delays in your product being delivered due to computer network issues and as such we ask that you wait up to 4 hours before contacting us.
In the rare event that your order delivery has been delayed longer than 4 hours, please contact us by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or submitting a help request and we will look into this as a matter of urgency.
Refunds & Returns
All refunds must be requested within 7 days of the original purchase.
If you have purchased a product but not used it, you are entitled to a full refund where the payment has been made via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal.
If your product has been partially used and payment has been made via Credit/Debit Card or PayPal then you are entitled to a partial refund. For example:
- You have purchased 20 game credits for GBP £2.00 and did not use any credits, you will be entitled to a GBP £2.00 refund.
- You have purchased 20 game credits for GBP £2.00 and used 10 credits, you will be entitled to a GBP £1.00 refund.
We are unfortunately unable to process refunds for payments made via Telephone or SMS (premium charges to your phone bill). This is not within our control and you will have to contact your network provider with any disputes.
All of our payments are processed through secure third party gateways, we do not store any addition personal information related to your payment (such as phone number or card details) on our systems.
We process our card payments through a secure third party gateway provided by PayPal. Your payment card details will not be saved to our systems at any point.
If you choose to pay via PayPal you payment will be processed through their own gateway and no payment details will be shared with us. Your name and address may be shared with us but not stored on our own systems.
We process our premium phone payments through specialized third party gateways operated by companies who take care of the entire payment from start to finish, along with your phone network provider.
These payments do not require you to share any personal details and you will be charged the amount shown at the final payment page plus any additional fees mentioned.
The game runs in rounds which usually last 120 - 140 days, at the end of each round there is a clean slate and every player starts again from scratch on a level playing field. At this point all game assets are lost, this includes any credits you may have.
We will usually give two weeks notice for a round ending and you will be unable to purchase any credits in the last 3 - 5 days, this gives you time to make use of any spare credits left over.
