Servetech IT (the operator of website Gangster Nation - www.gangsternation.net) issues this document, the website and business shall be known throughout this document as GangsterNation.
Use of GangsterNation constitutes acceptance and agreement of our TOS (Terms of Service) as displayed on this page. All service provisions are subject to our TOS (Terms of Service).
This TOS may be changed from time to time at the descretion of GangsterNation. The client understands that these changes may arise at any time and change to the TOS shall not be grounds for dismissal of punishment.
GangsterNation agrees to provide a free service, in the form of an online text-based game. GangsterNation will never require players to make payment in order to login to the website. Players are allowed to use GangsterNation services from any point with an internet connection, according to the regulations of the computer and network the player is browsing from. It is the players responsibility to make sure that there internet browsing software is up to date and compatable with the GangsterNation website.
GangsterNation offers "credits" which are used to improve your game account at a certain cost per credit of real-life currency. The price of credits and the options which can be redeemed using credits may change at any time without notice to the player, it is therefore advised that players don't "stock" credits on their account.
All payments made are made through Servetech Payments, an external payment gateway service. In turn payment is taken through a payment processor, players must ensure they are making payment from a relevant account that is registered in their own name. There are no paper or hard-copy invoices provided to customers. Invoices sent via e-mail which can be saved or printed for future reference.
Game credits can be transferred between accounts through various ways. If a player has been game-killed and wishes to retrieve their credits from a previous account, they can use a "credits regain" feature on the credits page. Credits can also be sold and bought in-game using game currency at the "Auction House" feature.
The following activity is strictly forbidden on GangsterNation services:
GangsterNation reserves the right at its sole discretion to refuse or cancel service. Violation of any terms in the GangsterNation Terms of Service may result in player warning, account suspension or account termination (termination is an immediate in-game kill of the player account). On termination, the customer will not receive any refund on real currency bought items (Credits) and will not be allowed to have in-game items/statistics (Money,Bullets,Rank Points) transferred to a new account. In addition, real-currency bought items (Credits) may be held and untransferable following termination due to violation of policy.
An account is considered "cancelled" after 30 days of not being logged into. This does not prevent the player from logging into their account again to "re-activate", nor does this explicity disable some specific site-wide e-mails sent out, to do this the player must visit a URL at the bottom of e-mails sent which allows them to disable any further messages arriving at their inbox.
